HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FROM THE MANAGEMENT TEAM? 

We require full commitment from the founders and management team members. During this program, we lift you out of your daily operations and put you in the driver's seat to work ON your business instead of IN your business. 

The amount of time you should expect to use during the program:

6 physical sessions of one full day

6 online sessions of one half day

Minimum 2 hours per week dedicated to scaling your company
