11 STEP PROGRAM FOR CONTINUOUS GROWTH

Nordic Scale-Up Academy is a one- year program that includes 11 monthly digital workshops that go through the critical stepping stones for a growing company.

We offer well-modulated and facilitated online workshops once a month for a year to ensure that you get the right support to implement your strategy and action plans.

These testimonials are from Di ScaleUp's Swedish program hosted by our main host Pelle Tornell. Nordic ScaleUp Academy has the same structure and workshops but organised now on the Nordic level in English.

ABOUT THE METHODOLOGY

The program was originally developed for MIT in Boston and has been further developed with tens of thousands of growth companies in 33 countries.

Scaling Up focuses on the Four Decisions® methodology every company must get right: People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash.

In the workshops, we go through the methodology with a series of concrete tools which more than 70,000 firms around the globe have used to scale their companies successfully. Working on the tools with your management team is an essential part of the process. Implementing the methodology in practice will help you

  • Attract and keep the right people
  • Create a differentiated strategy
  • Drive flawless strategy
  • Have plenty of cash to weather the storms

The objective is to get you using these concrete tools as part of your everyday business. To get the most out of the program, we recommend having your management team participating in the workshops.

MENTORING

We are building a Nordic pool of mentors, hand-picked and specialized for the scale-up needs. The mentoring includes one-to-one advisory and coaching for clarity of thought and strategic insight. Your management team will get at least 3 mentoring sessions during the program with the same handpicked mentor (f2f or virtually).
